At the Eugene Mission, we compassionately provide both emergency services and long-term solutions. Vulnerable individuals should not be required to navigate through town and be exposed to predatory behavior, transportation challenges, temptations, and other issues that render it less likely that the vulnerable person can safely access needed services to move forward. The Eugene Mission campus serves as a beacon of Hope: poverty/homeless remediation center and example for our community. We are striving to reach out and support our most vulnerable neighbors in their journey towards health, security, housing, and stability.
Please keep our families and other seeking shelter in your prayers as they search for housing and support to move into their own place.
Below are some statistics from our domestic and federal government.
There are many ways to get involved.
“But Ruth replied, “Don’t urge me to leave you or to turn back from you. Where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay. Your people will be my people and your God my God.” Ruth 1:16
